Being dog owners who do like to holiday with our dogs on occasion, we know how hard it is to find good pet friendly and dog friendly accommodation on the Sunshine Coast.
A lot of accommodation spots that advertise themselves as pet and dog friendly rarely are anything close to that. They either are not fully setup for pets, will only accept the smallest of small pets or they charge a small fortune for extremely basic accommodation.
Hopefully today’s top list will show you there really are some great pet friendly accommodation spots on the Sunshine Coast, that tick all the right boxes.
The list below is in no set order & every accommodation spot offers something different depending on what you are looking for and what your needs are.
(If you are going to Noosa however without your pets, make sure to read our top list of the best luxury accommodation spots in Noosa).

Finding the perfect cottage for your stay on the Sunshine Coast just got a lot easier with the fully self contained Buderim Cottages. These quaint, yet somewhat sophisticated, cottage rentals allow you to bring your pets with you on your holiday.
Located in a quiet part of Buderim, not far from rainforest bushwalks, the beach and of course the Buderim Village shops, which are only 250 metres aways. Their amenities include air conditioning, in house laundry, complete kitchens, a large backyard with a deck and even free WiFi.
If your pet is larger than 10kg you will need to call ahead to make sure your dog (or really large cat!) is able to be accommodated.

As hard as it may seem sometimes, it’s really not impossible to find luxury pet friendly accommodation in Noosa, and the Noosa Holiday House is a great example of that. Nestled in Castaways Beach, this is luxury accommodation at it’s best. I don’t think it would be possible to stay any closer to the beach than this.
The 4 bedroom, Noosa Holiday House is spread out over 3 levels, with all rooms having panoramic views of either the bushland or the ocean. Every mod con is here, including a gourmet kitchen, a deck with ocean views, with a BBQ of course, and your very own private heated pool with again, views of the ocean.
